Our aim when establishing Cairngorm Vets was to really get to know and work with our clients and their animals, in order to deliver the best and most appropriate contextualised care. As we grow, we'll be looking for experienced clinical staff who share this ethos to join us. 

We work with a diverse range of clients, so the ability to listen without judgment and be pragmatic is essential. We also place a huge emphasis on low-stress animal handling, believing it is key to building trust with both pets and their owners. With this in mind, it's vital that we have the right team members in place to provide the continuity and trusted service we know our clients value.  

Like all veterinary teams, there are some days where we work extremely hard, and some days where we take it easy and enjoy the chance to drink tea while it's still hot. We share lots of laughter, compassion and a supportive environment. As a small, new clinic, we can offer clinical autonomy and scope to develop special interests, whether surgical, medical or otherwise.
