Lily's a local lass who joined us in March 2025 and took to the role so well she is now undertaking her VCA qualification at college. As well as helping care for animals she takes pride in ensuring our equipment and premises are kept clean and hygienic. After work she enjoys coming home to her dogs Binky and Olive.

Julie has previous experience as a veterinary receptionist. She loves working with both people and animals and will be the friendly face greeting you when you visit us. She lives with her partner and her wee girl on a farm near Knockando, and she has two busy collies who like to play just as much as they work.

Receptionist
Susan came to us from a background in banking and so far she's enjoying the career change, despite all the weird and wonderful challenges which can crop up each day! Calmly juggling incoming calls, messages and visitors, she's always a level-headed voice ready to help.
